Aloha all, here is an excellent article analysing the development of
antigravity technologies and how this has been secretly developed in
covert projects and kept from the general public. It analyses
Disclosure Project witnesses who observed these technologies while
they were working on covert projects and Nick Cook's book, The Hunt
for Zero Point where the existence of antigravity technologies are
discussed. It also includes some references to how these
technnologies are used by extraterrestrials. This is well worth
reading.

"OUTSIDE THE BOX" SPACE AND TERRESTRIAL TRANSPORTATION AND
ENERGY TECHNOLOGIES FOR THE 21st CENTURY

Abstract
This paper reviews the development of antigravity research in the US
and notes how research activity seemed to disappear by the mid
1950s. It then addresses recently reported scientific findings and
witness testimonies - that show us that this research and technology
is alive and well and very advanced. The revelations of findings in
this area will alter dramatically our 20th century view of physics
and technology and must be considered in planning for both energy
and transportation needs in the 21st century.
Historical Background
Townsend Brown's Technology of Electrogravitics [1]
In the mid 1920's Townsend Brown [2] discovered that electric
charge and gravitational mass are coupled. He found that when he
charged a capacitor to a high voltage, it had a tendency to move
toward its positive pole. This became known as the Biefeld-Brown
effect. His findings were opposed by conventional minded physicists
of his time.
The Pearl Harbor Demonstration. Around 1953, Brown conducted a
demonstration for military top brass. He flew a pair of 3-foot
diameter discs around a 50-foot course tethered to a central pole.
Energized with 150,000 volts and emitting ions from their leading
edge, they attained speeds of several hundred miles per hour. The
subject was thereafter classified.
Project Winterhaven. Brown submitted a proposal to the
Pentagon for the development of a Mach 3 disc shaped electrogravitic
fighter craft. Drawings of its basic design are shown in one of his
patents. They are essentially large-scale versions of his tethered
test discs.
Review of Issues From the 1950s
Once Brown's findings became well known, some scientists began
to openly speak about the flying technology of UFOs, which had been
observed extensively since the 1940s. None other than Professor
Hermann Oberth, considered by some to be one of the fathers of the
space age, who later worked in the US with Wernher von Braun, the
Army Ballistic Missile Agency and NASA, stated the following in
1954: [3]
"It is my thesis that flying saucers are real and that they
are space ships from another solar system." Perhaps of more interest
to our present discussion on propulsion, he then stated that: "They
are flying by the means of artificial fields of gravity...; They
produce high-tension electric charges in order to push the air out
of their paths, so it does not start glowing, and strong magnetic
fields to influence the ionized air at higher altitudes. First, this
would explain their luminosity... Secondly, it would explain the
noiselessness of UFO flight..." We now know that he was
fundamentally correct in his assessment.
In 1956, a British research company, Aviation Studies
(International) Ltd. published a classified report on
Electrogravitics Systems examining various aspects of gravity
control. They summarized the pioneering work of Townsend Brown and
then described the use of electrogravitic thrust as follows:
"The essence of electrogravitics thrust is the use of a very
strong positive charge on one side of the vehicle and a negative on
the other. The core of the motor is a condenser and the ability of
the condenser to hold its charge (the K-number) is the yardstick of
performance. With air as 1, current dielectrical materials can yield
6 and use of barium aluminate can raise this considerably, barium
titanium oxide (a baked ceramic) can offer 6,000 and there is a
promise of 30,000, which would be sufficient for supersonic speed."

In one of their conclusions, based on Brown's work, they
suggested that: "Electrostatic energy sufficient to produce a Mach 3
fighter is possible with megavolt energies and a k of over 10,000."

In spite of Brown's solid research, they later stated
that, "One of the difficulties in 1954 and 1955 was to get aviation
to take electrogravitics seriously. The name alone was enough to put
people off." [6] It seems that is as true today as it was in the
1950s.
A report by another British company, Gravity Rand, Ltd. in
1956, agrees with this assessment and states: "To assert
electrogravitics is nonsense is as unreal as to say it is
practically extant. Management should be careful of men in their
employ with a closed mind or even partially closed mind on the
subject." [7]
However, a trade press magazine, The Aviation Report, made a
numerous references to antigravity projects and listed many of the
companies pursuing research in this area. Quotes from The Aviation
Report listed in the Aviation Studies (International) Ltd. report
[8] are suggestive of what was going on behind the scenes.
In 1954 they predicted that: "... progress has been slow. But
indications are now that the Pentagon is ready to sponsor a range of
devices to help further knowledge."... "Tentative targets now being
set anticipate that the first disk should be complete before 1960
and it would take the whole of the 'sixties to develop it properly,
even though some combat things might be available ten years from
now." (Aviation Report 12 October 1954) [9]
During this time period many of the major defense and
technology companies were cited as either having research projects
or activities in this new field. For example: "Companies studying
the implications of gravitics are said, in a new statement, to
include Glenn Martin, Convair, Sperry-Rand, and Sikorsky, Bell, Lear
Inc. and Clark Electronics. Other companies who have previously
evinced interest include Lockheed, Douglas and Hiller." (Aviation
Report 9 December 1955) [10].
Others of these reports mention: AT&T, General Electric, as
well as Curtiss-Wright, Boeing and North American as having groups
studying electrogravitics.
During the same time period, the Gravity Rand report notes
that: "Already companies are specializing in evolution of particular
components of an electogravitics disk." [11]
However, in the area of predictions, the Aviation Report
stated the following based on an extrapolation of technology
development: "Thus this century will be divided into two parts ^Ö
almost to the day. The first half belonged to the Wright Brothers
who foresaw nearly all the basic issues in which gravity was the
bitter foe. In part of the second half, gravity will be the great
provider. Electrical energy, rather irrelevant for propulsion in the
first half becomes a kind of catalyst to motion in the second half
of the century." (Aviation Report 7 September 1954). [12]
Looking back it is easy to say that they missed the mark. Did
they really miss it by a half a century? Reading through these
reports it is quite obvious that there was much interest in
antigravity among a number of very high profile companies, as well
as in the Department of Defense. What happened to this interest and
why was it all downplayed during the following four plus decades?
After all, T. Brown had shown that there is a demonstrable
connection between high voltage fields and gravity. Why has it taken
until the 1990s for more than just a few scientists to look at these
results and publish on them in the open literature? A review of
recent statements by former military personnel and civilians
connected to covert projects begins to shed light on research
activity in these areas over the last half century. And it appears
that there had been significant breakthroughs during this time
period, well shielded from both the scientific and public eye.
Recent Scientific Developments
In this section we consider developments in the antigravity
field since the late 1980s and why the confluence of scientific
findings and the testimony of witnesses associated with the military
and covert groups indicates that a gravity solution with
technological implications has been found.
Although general relativity has not been able to explain
Brown's electrogravitic observations, or any other antigravity
phenomenon, the recent physics methodology of quantum
electrodynamics (QED), appears to offer the theoretical framework to
explain electrogravitic coupling. Recent papers by members of the
Institute for Advanced Study Alpha Foundation are putting a solid
theoretical foundation onto the antigravity effects within the
theory of electrodynamics and include papers by Evans [13] and
Anastasozki et al. [14]
Earlier in a breakthrough paper in 1994, Alcubierre showed
that superluminal space travel is, in principle, physically possible
and will not violate the tenants of the theory of relativity [15].
Puthoff [16] later analyzed these findings in light of the present
SETI (Search for Extraterrestrial Intelligence) paradigms that
insist that we could not be visited by extraterrestrial
civilizations because of the speed-of-light limitations dictated by
the general relativity theory. He suggests that super-luminal travel
is indeed possible. This leads to reduced-time interstellar travel
and the possibility of extraterrestrial visitation, which our
limited understanding of physics and scientific arrogance
has "forbidden" in some sectors for most of the 20th century.
The second aspect of these physics findings deals with the
zero point or vacuum state energy shown by the Casimir effect, which
predicts that two metal plates close together attract each other due
to imbalance in the quantum fluctuations. The implications of this
zero point or vacuum state energy are tremendous and are described
in several papers by Puthoff [17] starting during the late 1980s. A
detailed bibliography on this and similar topics is available on the
WWWeb. [18] Bearden [19] and colleagues have also written
extensively on the theoretical physics of zero point energy and
additionally have described various technological means of
extracting this energy (for example see the recent paper by
Anastasozki et al. [20]). A theoretical book on zero point energy by
Bearden will soon be available. [21] There is significant evidence
that scientists since Tesla have known about this energy, but that
its existence and potential use has been discouraged and indeed
suppressed over the past half century or more. [22] .
The coupling of the electrogravitic phenomena observations and
the zero point energy findings are leading to a new understanding of
both the nature of matter and of gravity. This is just now being
discussed in scientific journals (though some evidence suggests that
it has been understood for decades within the black project covert
community). The question that is being addressed is: what keeps the
universe running? Or more specifically, where do electrons get their
energy to keep spinning around atoms? As electrons change state they
absorb or release energy, and where does it come from? The
simplistic answer is that it is coming from the vacuum state.
Puthoff [23] describes the process as follows: "I discovered that
you can consider the electron as continually radiating away its
energy as predicted by classical theory, but SIMULTANEOUSLY
ABSORBING a COMPENSATING AMOUNT of energy from the ever-present sea
of zero-point energy in which the atom is immersed. An equilibrium
between these two processes leads to the correct values for the
parameters that define the lowest energy, or ground-state orbit
(see "Why atoms don't collapse," NEW SCIENTIST, July 1987). Thus
there is a DYNAMIC EQUILIBRIUM in which the zero-point energy
stabilizes the electron in a set ground-state orbit. It seems that
the very stability of matter itself appears to depend on an
underlying sea of electromagnetic zero-point energy."
Furthermore, it appears that it is the spinning of electrons
that provides inertia and mass to atoms. These theories, linking
electron spin, zero point energy, mass, and inertia have been
presented in a number of recent papers, such as those by Haisch [24]
and colleagues and provide us with a possible explanation of the
Biefield-Brown effect. It appears that an intense voltage field
creates an electromagnetic barrier that blocks the atomic structure
of an atom from interacting with the zero point field. This slows
down the electrons, reducing their gyroscopic effect, and thus
reducing atomic mass and inertia, making them easier to move around.
Evidence of Extensive Antigravity Technology
The B-2 Advanced Technology Bomber
In 1993, LaViolette wrote a paper [25] discussing the B-2
bomber and speculating on its probable antigravity propulsion
system, based on a solid understanding of electrogravitics, [26] the
aircraft's design and the materials used in its manufacture. It
appears that the craft is using a sophisticated form of the
antigravity principles first described by T. Brown. Support for this
thesis came from the Aviation Week and Space Technology (March 9,
1992), which reported that the B-2 bomber electrostatically charges
its leading edge and its exhaust stream. Their information had come
from a small group of former black project research scientists and
engineers suggesting the B-2 utilizes antigravity technology. This
information was supported by Bob Oechsler, an ex-NASA mission
specialist who had publicly made a similar claim in 1990. These
findings support the contention that there have been major
developments in the area of antigravity propulsion which are
presently being applied in advanced aircraft.
LaViolette later states the obvious that "the commercial
airline industry could dramatically benefit with this technology
which would not only substantially increase the miles per gallon
fuel efficiency of jet airliners, but would also permit high-speed
flight that would dramatically cut flight time." [27]
The Disclosure Project Witnesses
On May 9, 2001 a private organization, "The Disclosure
Project" [28] held a press conference at the National Press Club in
Washington DC. They presented nearly two dozen witnesses including
retired Army, Navy and Air Force personnel, a top FAA official,
members of various intelligence organizations including the CIA and
NRO, and industry personnel, all of whom who had witnessed UFO
events or had inside knowledge of government or industrial
activities in this area. They also produced a briefing document [29]
for members of the press and Congress and a book [30] which includes
the testimony of nearly 70 such witnesses from a pool of hundreds.
Although they all spoke of the reality of the UFO phenomena, many
also spoke of covert projects dealing with antigravity, zero point
energy technologies and development of alien reproduction vehicles
(ARVs) by US black project and covert interests. The following
excerpted quotes from these witnesses support the above contentions.
Dan Morris [31] is a retired Air Force career Master Sergeant
who was involved in the extraterrestrial projects for many years.
After leaving the Air Force, he was recruited into the super-secret
National Reconnaissance Organization (NRO), during which time he
worked specifically on extraterrestrial-connected operations. He had
a cosmic top-secret clearance (38 levels above top secret) which, he
states, no U.S. president, to his knowledge, has ever held.
"UFOs are both extraterrestrial and man made. Well, the guys
that were doing the UFOs, they weren't sleeping, and Townsend Brown
was one of our guys who was almost up with the Germans. So we had a
problem. We had to keep Townsend Brown - what he was doing on anti-
gravity electromagnetic propulsion secret." He then describes a type
of zero point energy device.
"Well, if you have one of these units that's about sixteen
inches long and about eight inches high and about ten inches wide,
then you don't need to plug into the local electric company. These
devices burn nothing. No pollution. It never wears out, because
there are no moving parts. What moves are electrons, in the gravity
field, in the electronic field, and they turn in opposite
directions, okay?"
"Dr. B." [32] (name withheld since he still works in this
area) is a scientist and engineer who has worked on top-secret
projects almost all his life. Over the years he has directly worked
on or had involvement with such projects involving anti-gravity,
chemical warfare, secure telemetry and communications, extremely
high-energy space based laser systems, and electromagnetic pulse
technology."
"Anti-gravity. As a matter of fact, I used to go out to the
Hughes in Malibu. They had a big think tank up there. Big anti-
gravity projects; I used to talk to them out here. I'd give them
ideas, because they bought all my equipment. But the American public
will never, never hear about that." . . . "This flying disc has a
little plutonium reactor in it, which creates electricity, which
drives these anti-gravity plates. We also have the next level of
propulsion, it is called virtual field, which are called
hydrodynamic waves..."
Captain Bill Uhouse [33] served 10 years in the Marine Corps
as a fighter pilot, and four years with the Air Force at Wright-
Patterson AFB as a civilian doing flight-testing of exotic
experimental aircraft. Later, for the next 30 years, he worked for
defense contractors as an engineer of antigravity propulsion
systems: on flight simulators for exotic aircraft - and on actual
flying discs.
"I don't think any flying disc simulators went into operation
until the early 1960s - around 1962 or 1963. The reason why I am
saying this is because the simulator wasn't actually functional
until around 1958. The simulator that they used was for the
extraterrestrial craft they had, which is a 30-meter one that
crashed in Kingman, Arizona, back in 1953 or 1952."
"We operated it with six large capacitors that were charged
with a million volts each, so there were six million volts in those
capacitors."..."There weren't any windows. The only way we had any
visibility at all was done with cameras or video-type
devices."..."Over the last 40 years or so, not counting the
simulators - I'm talking about actual craft - there are probably two
or three-dozen, and various sizes that we built."
"A.H." [34] formally of Boeing Aerospace, is a person who has
gained significant information from inside the UFO extraterrestrial
groups within our government, military, and civilian companies. He
has friends at the NSA, CIA, NASA, JPL, ONI, NRO, Area 51, the Air
Force, Northrup, Boeing, and others.
"Most of the craft operate on antigravity and electrogravitic
propulsion. We are just about at the conclusion state right now
regarding antigravity. I would give it maybe about 15 years and we
will have cars that will levitate using this type of technology.
We're doing it up at Area 51 right now. That's some of the stuff
that my buddy worked on up at Area 51 with Northrup, who lives now
in Pahrump, Nevada. We're flying anti-gravity vehicles up there and
in Utah right now..."
Lieutenant Colonel Williams [35] entered the Air Force in 1964
and became a rescue helicopter pilot in Vietnam. He has an
electrical engineering degree and was in charge of all the
construction projects for the Military Air Command. During his time
in the military he knew that there was a facility inside of Norton
Air Force Base in California that no one was to know about.
"There was one facility at Norton Air Force Base that was
close hold - not even the wing commander there could know what was
going on. During that time period it was always rumored by the
pilots that that was a cover for in fact the location of one UFO
craft."
Note that all he knew was of the rumor, however, it is
confirmed by the next testimony, which also confirms some of the
comments made by Captain Uhouse.
Mark McCandlish [36] is an accomplished aerospace illustrator
and has worked for many of the top aerospace corporations in the
United States. A colleague, with whom he studied, has been inside a
facility at Norton Air Force Base, where he witnessed alien
reproduction vehicles, or ARVs, that were fully operational and
hovering. He states that the US not only has operational antigravity
propulsion devices, but we have had them for many, many years, and
they have been developed through the study, in part, of
extraterrestrial vehicles over the past fifty years.
A close friend, Brad Sorensen, told him of visiting The Big
Hangar, during an air show at Norton Air Force Base on November 12,
1988 and how he had seen flying saucers in this hangar. "There were
three flying saucers floating off the floor ^×no cables suspended
from the ceiling holding them up, no landing gear underneath ^× just
floating, hovering above the floor. He said that the smallest was
somewhat bell-shaped. They were all identical in shape and
proportion, except that there were three different sizes. They had
little exhibits with a videotape running, showing the smallest of
the three vehicles sitting out in the desert, presumably over a dry
lakebed, some place like Area 51. It showed this vehicle making
three little quick, hopping motions; then [it] accelerated straight
up and out of sight, completely disappearing from view in just a
couple of seconds ^× no sound, no sonic boom ^× nothing."
"Well, this craft was what they called the Alien Reproduction
Vehicle; it was also nicknamed the Flux Liner. This antigravity
propulsion system ^× this flying saucer ^× was one of three that were
in this hangar at Norton Air Force Base. [Its] synthetic vision
system [used] the same kind of technology as the gun slaving system
they have in the Apache helicopter: if [the pilot] wants to look
behind him, he can pick a view in that direction, and the cameras
slew in pairs. [The pilot] has a little screen in front of his
helmet, and it gives him an alternating view. He [also] has a little
set of glasses that he wears ^× in fact, you can actually buy a 3-D
viewing system for your video camera now that does this same thing ^×
so when he looks around, he has a perfect 3-D view of the outside,
but no windows. So, why do they have no windows? Well, it's probably
because the voltages that we're talking about [being] used in this
system were probably something between, say, half a million and a
million volts of electricity." Brad Sorensen stated that at the ARV
display, "a three star general said that these vehicles were capable
of doing light speed or better."
All of these witness testimonies do not prove the existence of
a successful US covert program in antigravity technologies. Only the
demonstration of such craft coupled with the accompanying government
and technical specification documents would `prove' this. However,
these testimonies coupled with information from other substantial
sources such as Nick Cook's new book mentioned below, strongly
supports this contention.
The Hunt for Zero Point [37]
Although this very recent book (August, 2001) is not yet
available in the US, it contains some of the strongest evidence yet
for major efforts and success in the field of antigravity
technology. The author, Nick Cook, who for the past 15 years has
been the Aviation Editor and Aerospace Consultant for Jane's Defense
Weekly, spent the last 10 years collecting information for the book.
This included archival research on Nazi Germany's antigravity
technology and interviews with top officials at NASA, the Pentagon
and secret defense installations. He shows that America has cracked
the gravity code and classified the information at the highest
security levels. Because antigravity and its allied zero point
energy technologies potentially offer the world a future of
unlimited, non-polluting energy it has been suppressed because of
the "huge economic threat". His findings support those reported by
many of the Disclosure Project witnesses cited above.
Antigravity Technology Demonstrations
Although T. Brown reported many of his findings nearly a half
century ago, other experimenters have just recently begun to
reproduce his work and report it in the open literature and on the
WWWeb. For example, Davenport [38] published the results of his work
in 1995 supporting the findings of T. Brown. More recently,
Transdimensional Technologies [39] in the USA and J. Naudin [40]
labs in France have posted on the WWWeb: diagrams, web videos, and
data on their versions of antigravity "Lifters" based on an
extension of Brown's work. It is a sad commentary on this whole area
of research to see that public science is requiring us to
demonstrate principles that were demonstrated nearly fifty years ago.
There have also been a number of other demonstrations
of "antigravity" phenomena by researchers throughout the world. This
includes the work of Brazilian physics professor, Fran De Aquino,
and such devices as: the Searl Electrogravity Disc, the Podkletnov
Gravity Shield and Project Greenglow, the Zinsser Kineto-baric Field
Propulsion and the Woodward Field Thrust Experiments on
Piezoelectrics. All of these are described in more detail by Greer
and Loder. [41]
Implications of This Research
Antigravity and zero point energy research and their applications
are finally being addressed by some of the open scientific
community. This means there will have to be a rewriting of textbooks
in this area so our new generation of students can apply this "new
knowledge." Its application will lead to major breakthroughs in
transportation technologies both earthside and in outer space. The
implications are that we have the potential for human exploration of
our solar system and beyond, if we have the will, within our
lifetimes. It also means that the majority of 20th century space
technology will be obsolete and in fact may already be so.
The zero point or vacuum state energy source is seen as a totally
non-polluting energy source, which has the potential to replace all
the fossil fuels on this planet. It also will provide the energy
needed for long range space flights. This means that fuel cells and
solar cells in common use today for space flight energy applications
will only be needed until we transition to these new energy
technologies.
Based on an analysis of trends in antigravity research over the last
half-century and the information provided by numerous witnesses, it
appears that there is both good and bad news. The good news is that
it appears that we (at least covert projects) have already developed
the theories of antigravity, and additionally have developed working
spacecraft based on these principles. The bad news is that these
technologies have been developed for at least several decades, at
the public's expense and that human kind has been deprived of these
technologies, while continuing to waste energy using less efficient
and pollution enhancing technologies.
Supporting this contention is the following quote from Ben Rich,
former head of the Lockheed Skunkworks. Just prior to his death, he
stated to a small group after a lecture that: "We already have the
means to travel among the stars, but these technologies are locked
up in black projects and it would take an act of God to ever get
them out to benefit humanity..." He further went on to say
that, `anything you can imagine we already know how to do.' Strong
words from a knowledgeable deep insider and words that support what
a number of the witnesses stated as well.
As the reality of this knowledge begins to be understood, there will
be an outcry among space scientists not on the inside for release of
these technologies to allow all of us to explore space. There will
be major changes in the way that NASA does its business, though
predicting these changes is difficult.
Not only has space exploration in the public sector suffered, but
our planet's environment has suffered as well. Thus as this
knowledge begins to sink in there will be an outcry among all
concerned citizens on this planet for release of these technologies
to allow all of us to reduce and ultimately eliminate global warming
and environmental pollution that so threatens our way of life. These
technologies will not only affect space travel technologies, but
will also have a profound effect on transportation and energy
production on the Earth's surface.
In conclusion, we might consider the observation made by Halton Arp
[42]:
"We are certainly not at the end of science. Most probably we are
just at the beginning!"

chapter that gives some background information on Townsend Brown's
electrogravitics experiments. Subquantum kinetics is a new approach to
microphysical theory that utilizes concepts from the fields of nonlinear
chemical kinetics, irreversible thermodynamics, and general system
theory, replacing the current mechanistic foundation of physics with a
reaction-kinetic model. This new approach resolves a number of problems
that plague classical and modern physics also may provide some insights
into the electrogravitic connection that Brown was researching.
Electrogravitic (antigravity) technology, under development in U.S. Air
Force black R&D programs since late 1954, may now have been put to
practical use in the B-2 Advanced Technology Bomber to provide an exotic
auxiliary mode of propulsion. This inference is based on the recent
disclosure that the B-2 charges both its wing leading edge and jet
exhaust stream to a high voltage. Positive ions emitted from its wing
leading edge would produce a positively charged parabolic ion sheath
ahead of the craft while negative ions injected into it's exhaust stream
would set up a trailing negative space charge with a potential difference
in excess of 15 million volts. According to electrogravitic research
carried out by physicist T. Townsend Brown, such a differential space
charge would set up an artificial gravity field that would induce a
reactionless force on the aircraft in the direction of the positive pole.
An electrogravitic drive of this sort could allow the B-2 to function
with over-unity propulsion efficiency when cruising at supersonic
velocities.
For many years rumors circulated that the U.S. was
secretly developing a highly advanced, radar-evading aircraft. Rumor
turned to reality in November of 1988, when the Air Force unveiled the
B-2 Advanced Technology Bomber. Although military spokesmen provided the
news media with some information about the craft's outward design, and
low radar and infrared profile, there was much they were silent about.
However, several years later, some key secrets about the B-2 were leaked
to the press. On March 9, 1992, "Aviation Week and Space Technology"
magazine made a surprising disclosure that the B-2 electrostatically
charges its exhaust stream and the leading edges of its wing-like
body.(1) Those familiar with the electrogravitics research of American
physicist T. Townsend Brown will quickly realize that this is tantamount
to stating that the B-2 is able to function as an antigravity aircraft.
"Aviation Week" obtained their information about the B-2 from a small
group of renegade west coast scientists and engineers who were formerly
associated with black research projects. In making these disclosures,
these scientists broke a code of silence that rivals the Mafia's. They
took the risk because they felt that it was important for economic
reasons that efforts be made to declassify certain black technologies for
commercial use. Two of these individuals said that their civil rights had
been blatantly abused (in the name of security) either to keep them quiet
or to prevent them from leaving the tightly controlled black R&D
community.
Several months after "Aviation Week" published the article, black world
security personnel went into high gear. That sector of the black R&D
community received VERY STRONG warnings and, as a result, the group of
scientists subsequently broke off contact with the magazine. Clearly, the
overseers of black R&D programs were substantially concerned about the
information leaks that had come out in that article.
To completely understand the significance of what was said about the B-2,
one must first become familiar with Brown's work. Beginning in the mid
1920's, Townsend Brown discovered that it is possible to create an
artificial gravity field by charging an electrical capacitor to a
high-voltage.(2) He specially built a capacitor which utilized a heavy,
high charge-accumulating (high K-factor) dielectric material between its
plates and found that when charges with between 70,000 to 300,000 volts,
it would move in the direction of its positive pole. When oriented with
its positive side up, it would proceed to lose about 1 percent of it's
weight.(3, 4) He attributed this motion to an electrostatically- induced
gravity field acting between the capacitor's oppositely charged plates.
By 1958, he had succeeded in developing a 15 inch diameter model saucer
that could lift over 110% of its weight!(5) Brown's experiments had
launched a new field of investigation which came to be known as
electrogravitics, the technology of controlling gravity through the use
of high-voltage electric charge.

Classified Advanced Antigravity Aerospace Craft
Utilizing Back-engineered Extraterrestrial Technology

As a behavioral scientist and clinician, I have been working for
over 15 years with persons who report having had an encounter with
an extraterrestrial intelligent life form, a Star Visitor. During
the course of this work I have felt it necessary to learn as much as
possible about the veridical reality of UFOs, and what the
government already knows about these visitors from afar. As
information on Star Visitors and their encounters with humans piled
up, I began to publish my findings, presenting them at national and
international conferences, in specialty journals, and in media
interviews. This in turn brought me to the attention of certain
figures, currently or formerly in highly-classified sectors of
government and the military ad intelligence agencies. These
individuals decided to leak certain additional information to me,
knowing that I would thus serve as a conduit to bring such leaked
information to the attention of the portion of the public interested
and ready for such information.
My doctoral training in psychology and anthropology taught the value
of first-hand field research. And because the existence and
operations of various undeclared or secret government installations
related to Star Visitor matters are not going to be plumbed without
field research, I made it my task, starting in 1992, to reconnoiter,
observe, and in some instances penetrate many of the most important
of these installations. I reasoned that the knowledge I gained could
be very helpful to the experiencers who consult with me, to help
them feel secure that they had not hallucinated, but that such
advanced technology exists, and in fact, the American government is
in possession of some of this technology.
Additionally, the hundreds of experiencers of encounters shared with
me information they possessed, including about advanced U.S. craft,
either by reason of being told such things by the Star Visitors, or
by being kidnaped by rogue military-intelligence units and taken
aboard one of these craft to one or other of these installations, or
viewed such craft once they arrived. This added to my store of
information and data on advanced U.S. antigravity craft.
While I have gathered, or been entrusted by others with,
considerable information on special American aerospace craft, I do
not purport to know everything that is in the U.S. arsenal, nor
everything about the operations and capabilities of the craft that I
am about to identify. What I know is presented here. I have held
nothing back.
At this time, I am aware of the existence of ten kinds of special-
technology advanced aerospace platforms [mil-speak for craft], all
incorporating antigravity technology in some form. These ten are:
the Northrop Grumman B-2 Spirit Stealth Bomber, the Aurora,
Lockheed-Martin's X-33A, Boeing and Airbus Industries' Nautilus, the
TR3-A Pumpkinseed , the TR3-B Triangle , Northrop's Great
Pumpkin disc, Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical's XH-75D Shark
antigravity helicopter, and Lockheed-Martin and Northrop's jointly-
developed TAW-50 hypersonic antigravity fighter-bomber.
Before we examine these ten exotic aerospace craft, a brief overview
of the different forms of generating antigravity fields is in order.
The most primitive antigravity technology is electrogravitic. This
involves using voltages in the millions of volts to disrupt the
ambient gravitational field. This results in an 89% reduction in
gravity's hold on airframes in such vehicles as the B-2 Stealth
Bomber and the TR3-B Triangle craft. And given the considerable
ambient ionization field I observed around the X-22A, it is
reasonable to assume that extreme-voltage electrogravitics is also
employed with these craft.
The next level up of sophistication is magnetogravitic. This
involves generating high-energy toroidal fields spun at incredible
rpm's, which also disrupts the ambient gravitational field, indeed
to the extent that a counterforce to Earth's gravitational pull is
generated . The early British aeronautical engineers called this
dynamic counterbary . This may have been used in some earlier
American saucers and prototypes, but I have only been told that the
secret Nautilus spacefaring craft uses magnetic pulsing , which
appears to utilize this technology.
The third level of sophistication, that used in the more modern
American antigravity craft, is direct generation and harnessing of
the gravitational strong force. Such a strong-force field extends
slightly beyond the atomic nucleus of Element 115, an exotic element
donated by Star Visitor scientist-consultants to human scientists at
S-4, a secret base south of Area 51. By amplifying that exposed
gravitational strong force, and using antimatter reactor high
energy, and then directing it, it is possible to lift a craft from
the Earth and then change directions by vectoring the shaped
antigravity force field thus generated. Important information about
this third technology is available on Bob Lazar's website. (1.) This
information is also described on the Bob Lazar video. Lazar worked
on extraterrestrial technology at Los Alamos National Laboratory,
and Area 51's Site S-4. (2.)
Let us now examine these 10 advanced craft in more detail. The
amount of information available for each varies; in some cases more
is known, in other cases very little.
1) The B-2 Stealth bomber is manufactured Northrop-Grumman. The Air
Force describes it as a low-observable strategic, long-range heavy
bomber capable of penetrating sophisticated and dense air-defense
shields. Retired Air Force Colonel Donald Ware passed on to me
information from a three-star general he knows, who revealed to him
in July that the B-2 [Stealth bombers] have electro-gravitic
systems on board; and that this explains why our 21 Northrop B-2s
cost about a billion dollars each. (3.)
2) The Aurora SR-33A is a moderate-sized spacefaring vehicle. The
late National Security Council scientist Dr. Michael Wolf (4.) of
NSC's unacknowledged Special Studies Group subcommittee, (formerly
called MJ-12), has stated that the Aurora can operate on both
conventional fuel and antigravity field propulsion systems. He
further stated that the Aurora can travel to the Moon. Wolf had
also disclosed to me that the U.S. has a small station on the Moon,
and a tiny observation post on Mars (5). Thus I doubt that Dr. Wolf
would characterize the Aurora thus, unless it was a vessel already
used in making such trips. He disclosed additionally that the Aurora
operates out of Area 51, (Groom Dry Lake Air Force Station), at the
northeast corner of the Nellis AFB Range, north of Las Vegas,
Nevada.
3) The Lockheed-Martin X-33A military spaceplane is a prototype of
Lockheed's other spaceplane, the single-stage-to-orbit reuseable
aerospace vehicle, the National SpacePlane . Lockheed-Martin does
not say too much about its winged, delta-shape X-33 VentureStar,
except to say that we are building it. To be at that stage of
development for its public-program SpacePlane, clearly Lockheed-
Martin has already long since built prototypes, as well as an
unacknowledged military version, which I have dubbed the X-33A. The
A suffix stands for antigravity.
Colonel Donald Ware, USAF (ret.) told me that he had recently
learned from a three-star General that the VentureStar X-33 has
electrogravitics (antigravity) system on board (6.). This virtually
assures that the unacknowledged military antigravity version, the X-
33 A, must surely also have electrogravitics on board. It is
possible that what I have called the X-33A is the Aurora craft which
Dr. Wolf described.
4) the Lockheed X-22A is a two-man antigravity disc fighter. The
late Colonel Steve Wilson, USAF (ret.), stated that military
astronauts trained at a secret aerospace academy separate from the
regular Air Force Academy at Colorado Springs, CO. These military
astronauts then operate out of Beale and Vandenberg Air Force Bases,
Northern California From those bases, these military astronauts
regularly fly trans-atmospherically and out into space (7.). One of
the aerospace craft they use, Colonel Wilson reported, is the X-22A.
Another informant, Z , aka Jesse , who formerly worked at the NSA
told me that the Lockheed X-22A antigravity fighter disc fleet is
equipped with Neutral Particle Beam directed-energy weapons, that it
is capable of effecting optical as well as radar invisibility, and
that it is deployable for worldwide military operations from the new
U.S. Space Warfare Headquarters, located in hardened underground
facilities beneath 13,528' King's Peak in the Wasatch Mountains'
High Uintas Primitive (Wilderness) Area, 80 miles east of Salt Lake
City (8).
Recently I also heard from an Army engineer, formerly TDY'ed to
NASA, who shall remain unnamed at his request. He also confirmed
that Lockheed had made the X-22A, the two-man antigravity fighter
disc which I had seen test-flown in a canyon adjacent to the main
Area 51 operations zone. He explained why I had seen the X-22A so
nervously flown during that test flight. He said that the original X-
22A had had a standard altimeter hard-wired into it, but that such
an instrument would give faulty readings in the craft's antigravity
field, which bends space-time. He had recommended that they instead
use a gradiometer, which would function better. Apparently his
suggestion was finally taken up, since in more recent years I have
seen the X-22As flying more smoothly and confidently at high
altitudes over and near Area 51.
Another informant who wishes his identity kept private related
operational details about military deployment of antigravity disc
craft which sound like the X-22A. He reports: During operation
Desert Storm a close relative of mine was in charge of a Marine
Division right on the front. In the first days film footage and
especially video-cams which a large number of G.I.s had were
impounded, so they wouldn`t capture any sensitive material. Iraq was
pumped up and Gung-Ho, since they had well over 50,000 troops ready
to charge us, [and] since we only had about 3500 they knew of, and
they knew [that], because of the close proximity of troops we
couldn`t nuke them, so, they were assuming piece of cake . Wrong.
Two pictures my relative confiscated from one of his officers
showed: 1. a large disc-shaped craft slightly in front of our men
with a high intensity beam of light emitting out of it; then, 2.
where men, equipment, etc. was [had stood], there only remained
dark charcoal-like spots on the desert floor. We have had this
technology for quite a while.
The described disc was clearly an antigravity levitating aerial
weapons platform in the U.S. arsenal. Quite possibly it was the
Lockheed X-22A two-man discoid craft, the real DarkStar, of which
the unmanned drone X-22 DarkStar is a aircraft cover program to
disguise the existence of this manned antigravity fighter disc, the
X-22A.
Further, as Z noted, the real manned discs come equipped with the
latest Neutral Particle Beam weapons, which take apart the target at
the molecular level. Star Visitor craft do not incinerate humans.
Only human military fighters are so deployed. So the above report
does not deal with any extraterrestrial event.
5) The Nautilus is another space- faring craft, a secret military
spacecraft which operates by magnetic pulsing (9.). It operates out
of the unacknowledged new headquarters of the U.S. Space Command,
deep under a mountain in Utah. It makes twice-a-week trips up to the
secret military-intelligence space station, which has been in deep
space for the past thirty years, and manned by U.S. and USSR (now
CIS) military astronauts. The Nautilus also is used for superfast
surveillance operations, utilizing its ability to penetrate target
country airspace from above from deep space, a direction not usually
expected. It is manufactured jointly by Boeing's Phantom Works near
Seattle and EU's Airbus Industries Anglo-French consortium.
During travel to Washington State several years ago, I had a
conversation with a former Boeing executive who worked in their
Phantom Works, Boeing's black projects division, (roughly the
equivalent of Lockheed's Skunk Works). The executive confirmed what
I had earlier learned from an intelligence insider: that Boeing had
teamed up with Europe's Airbus Industrie to manufacture the
Nautilus.
6) The TR3-A Pumpkinseed is a super-fast air vehicle. The
Pumpkinseed nickname is a reference to its thin oval airframe,
whose contours resemble that seed.. It may be the craft identified
as using pulse detonation technology for propulsion in a sub-
hypersonic regime, and also uses antigravity technology for either
mass-reduction or complementary field propulsion at higher speed
levels. As air breathers, these Pulse Detonation Wave Engines
(PDWEs) could theoretically propel a hypersonic aircraft towards
Mach 10 at an altitude in excess of 180,000 feet. Used to power an
trans-atmospheric vehicle, the same PDWEs might be capable of
lifting the craft to the edge of space when switched to rocket mode.
7) the TR3-B Triangle, The Astra , is a large triangular anti-
gravity craft within the U.S. fleet.. Black projects defense
industry insider Edgar Rothschild Fouche wrote about the existence
of the TR3-B in his book, Alien Rapture (10.).
My ex-NSA informant, Z , also confirmed the TR3-B is operational.
Z had this to say about the TR3-B triangular antigravity craft.
TR3-B. This is the code name for what everyone on Earth has seen. It
is a very large triangular-shaped re-entry vehicle with anti-
gravity. It is what the November [2000] issue of Popular Mechanics
identified as the Lenticular Reentry Vehicle, a nuclear-powered
flying saucer, the first version of which went operational in 1962,

It was used in Gulf War's early hours with electromagnetic-
pulse/laser cannons. It literally sat mid-air, firing long-, medium-
, short-range to take out antennas, towers, communications, air
traffic control towers, TV dishes and centers, etc. For three hours,
these three triangles [TR3-Bs] just sat there blowing up everything
in sight. Then the Stealth fighters had fun for the rest of the day
into the early evening next night. Then [followed] carpet bombings
from high altitude B-52 Strato-Fortresses. They dumped all the old,
aged Vietnam-era crap {munitions]; a third blew up and the rest
[were] duds. Anyways, the TR3B has been in testing since the '60s.
But it has only been perfected for the last 8 years [since 1992]. It
is a good remake of what Truman first saw, [the Roswell semi-
circular craft]. It is compartmentalized, built by the Skunk Works
{Lockheed-Martin's classified plant at Palmdale, CA) and Boeing
[Phantom Works, Seattle]. It is housed in Utah. Z was reminding
of his earlier revelation that the U.S. Space Command has located
its prime headquarters and antigravity space-launch fleet facility
beneath King Mountain, the tallest mountain in the Wasatch Range
east of Salt Lake City, Utah.
8) Northrop Aircraft Corporation has manufactured its Northrop
antigravity disc, (designation unknown), which I have dubbed the
Great Pumpkin , from its brilliant ruddy golden-orangish glow. I
first saw these craft operationally test-flown in 1992 above the
Groom Range ridge line at Area 51, Nevada. Later I saw the same
intensely burning-bright orange-gold craft that I had seen above
Areas 51 being test-flown sixty miles north of Los Angeles, in the
Tehachapi Mountains east of Edwards Air Force Base. There the
Northrop has its secret saucer manufacturing works buried deep
within the mountains. I saw the same intensely burning-bright orange-
gold craft test-flown above Northrop's mountaintop test bed there as
I had seen above Areas 51/S-4 (11.). When energized these discs emit
their characteristic intense glow. It is reasonable to assume that
this is due to strong ionization, and that electrogravitics is the
methodology of their field propulsion.
9) The XH-75D or XH Shark antigravity helicopter is manufactured by
Teledyne Ryan Aeronautical Corporation of San Diego. Colonel Wilson
reported that many of these XH-75Ds were assigned to the
Delta/National Reconnaissance Organization Division which retrieves
downed UFOs. That Division is also implicated in mutilating cattle
as a psychological warfare program on the American public, to try to
get citizens to fear and hate extraterrestrials through assuming
that aliens are the ones cutting up the cattle. Colonel Wilson
also leaked a drawing of the XH-75D Shark. (See:
10) The TAW-50 is a hypersonic, antigravity space fighter-bomber. A
defense contractor with whom I have been in communication leaked to
me details of this U.S. Advanced TAW-50 warcraft. Developed during
the early 1990s, the capabilities of this war-bird are jaw-dropping.
And the technology shows that the Defense Department did not fail to
utilize what it learned combing through the wreckage of various UFO
crashes.
The TAW-50 was jointly developed by the Lockheed-Martin Skunk Works
(Palmdale-Helendale, CA) and Northrop (undoubtedly at their
undeclared Anthill facility within the Tehachapi Mountains,
northwest of Lancaster, CA.) Both companies have a history of
development of secret anti-gravity craft at these Mojave Desert
facilities.
The TAW-50 has speed capabilities well in excess of Mach 50, a
number the contractor calls a very conservative estimate. Its
actual speed is classified. Since Mach-1 is 1,225 kilometers per
hour, (approximately 748 mph), this means that the TAW-50 is capable
of moving considerably faster than 38,000 mph. In comparison, the
velocity required to escape Earth's gravity is 25,000 mph. Therefore
the TAW-50 isa capable of going into space, and does.
The TAW-50 has a SCRAM (supersonic ramjet) propulsion system for
passing through the outer atmosphere. The TAW-50 utilizes
electrogravitics to maintain its own artificial gravity while in
weightless space, as well as to nullify the vehicle's mass during
operations. The TAW-50's power supply is provided by a small nuclear
power generator that the contractor said is Normal-Inert . The
contractor said that the space plane uses electromagnetoferrometric
power generation by the immersion of pellets in heavy water
(deuterium) and specially-designed coil superconductive magnets,
which yield enormous amounts of free electrons when placed in an
immersion which has been triggered into an oscillating field-state
flux.
The TAW-50 has a crew of four. Nevertheless, the TAW-50 flies so
fast that it requires computers to fly it. These were developed by
American Computer Company, who derived them from its Valkyrie
XB/9000 AI [artificial intelligence] Guidance series. They utilize a
RISC Milspec Superchip. There are 180 of them in the flight control
system, and 64 more in the weapons guidance system, the contractor
reported.
It can carry a combined payload of glide bombs and a package of MIRV
(Multiple Independently-targeted Reentry Vehicles), mil-speak for a
group of intercontinental ballistic missiles, each of which can seek
out and strike a different target. The MIRV pack also contains
reentry-capable balloon countermeasures to make it very difficult
for laser and other defensive weapons to track down where the real
MIRVs are and intercept them.
The TAW-50 is armed with its own Kill Laser system, which can track
and immolate SAM (Surface-to-Air missiles), STTA (Surface-To-Trans-
Atmosphere missiles), ATA (Air-To- Air missiles), and ATTA (Air-To-
Trans-Atmospheric missiles). The TAW-50's killer lasers can also
knock down high-performance fighter interceptors. The TAW's Kill
Laser is much smaller than the earlier 1980s-era SDI (Star Wars
program) models, and has a miniaturized cooling core and 500 times
the wattage. The contractor said it uses a spontaneous nucleonic
burst to trigger the lasing [laser] effect.
In addition, the TAW-50 is armed with microsuperexplosive HyperDart
missiles. These are just a little larger than ordinary aircraft
cannon ammunition, but travel at hypersonic speed for up to three
minutes, and have enormous explosive capability. One HyperDart can
blow apart a MiG fighter anywhere within 20 feet of the HyperDart.
The TAW-50 carries several hundred HyperDarts.
Because the TAW-50 is designed to operate in space, it has on board
a two-day air supply. This air supply can be extended by using its
scoop system and traveling into the upper atmosphere to harvest more
oxygen.
The contractor did not reveal the size of the space fighter-bomber
except to say, It's a pretty big thing.
The performance of the TAW-50 makes it virtually impossible to
defend against. It can hide in orbit many hundreds of miles into
space, orbiting at times at 22,000 mph. Then, without warning, it
can dive straight down through the atmosphere at over 38,000 miles
per hour on an 80-degree attack vector, reverse direction within 150
feet of the ground with very little loss of motion and without a
glide turn, and almost instantly go vertically straight up at over
38,000 mph until long after it leaves the atmosphere and resumes
orbiting in space. The contractor noted, Those [electro-]gravitics
allow it to change its mass to almost nothing in a moment, and
reverse direction in a second, increase its acceleration to so many
times G [Earth's gravity] it's not funny, yet they are able to
nearly nullify the G-force on the pilots. They [the
electrogravitics] are fourth-generation, with the ability to bring
it to a complete standstill in under 2 milliseconds, if need be,
without crushing the pilots, and keep it there for quite some time.
The contractor notes, It's far too fast for tracking radars.
And, he adds, What military aims its radars straight up?
The TAW-50 can be refueled and rearmed in orbit by docking with the
secret undeclared Military Space Station that is in orbit (12) The
entire refueling and rearming procedure takes under 10 minutes. Who
mans the gas pumps? Military astronauts trained at the Secret Air
Force Academy, located in the hills west of the official Air Force
Academy at Colorado Springs, CO. These military astronauts rotate
duty by traveling to and from Vandenberg Air Force Base on other
military antigravity vehicles (13.).
Xplanes
The Cape Canaveral Space Shuttles have carried the arming platforms
( classified Defense Department payloads ) up to the secret Military
Space Station. The contractor reported that with a few extra tanks
of LOX (liquid oxygen), the TAW-50 could fly to the Moon and back.
As of 2002, the U.S. has 20 TAW-50s in its arsenal. But, as the
contractor commented, you could take out an entire nation in under
10 days with only 10 of these, doing three attacks a day. One can
wipe out an entire city the size of suburban Cleveland in a single
attack without having to use any nukes at all.
The electrogravitics for the TAW-50 was produced by GE Radionics.
Pratt & Whitney designed the SCRAM atmospheric penetrator
technology. American Computing Company created the artificial-
intelligence supercomputers.
The contractor said he could not tell me anything else. And it was
clear he did not want his name used. So, this is what is known.
11?) Are the above the current state-of-the-art in advanced
aerospace craft? No. There have been advances beyond "mere"
antigravity field propulsion. Quantum particulate physics is now
being used to update a variety of aerospace craft and their weapons
systems.
On a recent (09/16/05) field trip to the boundary of Area 51, during
a middle-of-the-night observation, I saw first one, then another,
and finally six brightly-lit objects suddenly appear at
approximately 1000' (305 meters) height above the desert floor. The
intensely-glowing ruddy golden-orangish ionization field surrounding
these craft appeared identical to the field around the Northrop
antigravity disc. But in the 13 years since I had last observed the
Northrop discs above Area 51, and at their Tehachapi Mountains
manufacturing site, considerable progress has been made. In 1992,
the Northrop disc slowly rose vertically from its flight pad and
gradually reached flight altitude. But in 2005 these craft are able
to depart from their flight pad and suddenly appear at flight
altitude without any visible ascent. And it is not a matter of their
ionization field having been turned off during ascent for stealth
purposes. The ionization field comes with electrogravitic field
propulsion. If the ionization were turned off, the craft would fall
from the sky. Rather what appears to be going on is that the
Northrop engineers have incorporated quantum physics principles into
the propulsion. Simply stated, Northrop appears to have harnessed
quantum entanglement to achieve quantum teleportation. To the
observer the craft simply ceases to exist on the flight pad and
instantly begins to exist at, in this case, 1000 feet altitude. If
the interpretation of this observation is correct, then there exists
an 11th entry in the U.S. "antigravity" arsenal, the Northrop
Quantum Teleportation Disc.
If the black-budget scientists keep advancing along these lines, we
could foresee the day when a fleet of Air Force craft
suddenly "cease to exist" on the air base runway and instantly
appear at 35,000 feet altitude over a target city halfway around the
globe.
America has used its enormous wealth to become the global super-
power. The TAW-50 is but one example of its exotic, unnecessarily
proliferative, and highly-destructive arsenal. The world awaits the
day when America finds its soul, and pays more attention to matters
of spirit, mind and metaphysical development, and withdraws from its
addiction to war toys.
It has been said that if the American people knew what the military
had in their arsenal today, they wouldn't believe it, and would
think that someone was fantasizing about a George Lucas Star Wars
movie episode.
But it's not science-fiction. The future is already here.

Friends ad Star Kids,
Friday I sent out my article on "Classified Advanced Antigravity
Aerospace Craft Utilizing Back-engineered Extraterrestrial Technology". I
sent it out without introduction by directly posting it to my three
Groups without sending it there by email as i usually do. I did so in the
hope of getting it out to you before the Cabal self-appointed censors
could intercept it, as they did last time when they took that opportunity
to also destroy my computer.
It is clear now that the article has made it to all three Groups, and
that therefore the Cabal cannot contain this information any longer. So I
am sending this follow-on message to you.
The implications of the advanced antigravity craft back-engineered by
humans are several. All of the antigravity technology is in the control
of the organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up. This organization is so
heavily infiltrated by Cabal types that Dr. Michael Wolf regretfully
concluded that the Cabal had effective control of it. He should know; he
was a high member of that Special Studies Group, [formerly "MJ-12"],
buried wthin the National Security Council.
Since the Cabal effectively control the development and special uses
of these craft, there remains a very high danger that the Cabal will use
its growing antigravity fleet to try to repel the Star Visitors and even
conduct Space War. Elements within the U.S. Air Force and the Naval Space
Command are making preparations for such a Space War.
What can we do about this as lightworkers, Star Kids, Star Seed
adults or other humans of good will?
First is to keep ourselves informed about dangerous and evil uses of
antigravity (and quantum) technology.
Second is to contact our political representatives to oppose policies
and weapons systems development that is oriented towards space warfare.
Third is to encourage the release of this technology into the
civilian sector, where it can revolutionize transportation, energy
generation, large construction projects, and other peaceful uses.
Fourth, the existence of this human technology is a two-edged sword
for the Cabal. Not only is the existence of antigravity technology
starting to get out to the public, but also the very existence of a
massive worldwide organization conducting the UFO Cover-Up and
confiscation of Star Visitor technology. As the public becomes aware that
the Cabal have unfairly monopolized this technology for 40+ years, the
public will become incensed at the Cabal for their greed and
selfishness. This then becomes the opportunity to expose and discredit
the Cabal, the Number One obstacle to human safety and progress.

Defense contractor's anti-gravity discovery disclosed

replicated in part by a mainstream Californian defense contractor, SARA,
showing anti-gravity and propulsion effects.

"SARA performs cutting-edge,
multi-disciplinary technology development in areas with high potential --
both in scientific achievement and market impact -- and transforms the
developed technologies into successful products and services for clients
in business, industry, and government. SARA's headquarters, engineering,
lab and production operations are in Cypress, California -- just south of
Los Angeles.
SARA also has engineering, lab and field test offices in
Albuquerque, New Mexico and a program office in Washington.
Tim Ventura has been running AmericanAntigravity.com for three and a half
years, and has approached the site and its subject with a passion of a
dedicated activist. He has posted video clips and given numerous
demonstrations of the gravity-defying "lifters" he has built. He's been
interviewed on several major U.S. radio talk shows, has had numerous
articles written about him, and has been featured on television networks,
most recently having done a segment that is slated to appear on the
Discovery channel.
With that background, we take notice when he points to something as being
"the most significant development" in the field.
With a preface to that effect, he recently announced that John Dering of
SARA and members of that team have replicated key elements of the fabled
Nazi Bell technology, and have seen some anti-gravity and propulsion
effects with it. Not only does their replication have ramifications for
anti-gravity and propulsion, but it could also hold a key to the
development of new energy technologies. The technology depends on and
fills in some missing pieces in Einstein's Unified Field Theory.
Ventura paraphrases Dering as saying, "Quantum mechanics might not
explain this, but Einstein's [Unified Field Theory] does, as shown by
Gabriel Kron." As the former Chief Scientist for GE, Kron's work is the
lynchpin to understanding these things, according to Ventura.
Though this sounds fantastic and unbelievable, we have to take note that
SARA is not a "fringe science" group. They carry out contracts for major
companies such as Boeing and Lockheed. Founded in the '80s, Scientific
Applications & Research Associates are a split-off from U.S.
military-aerospace research and development, and they have multiple
facilities and numerous engineers in their independent company. Take a
look at their website, and you will see that they are a substantial
outfit that is taken seriously by the mainstream of science and
technology. (Ref)
On the other hand, also remarkable is the fact that SARA is not boasting
about this discovery. They have been holding this card very tight to
their chest.
Ventura thinks this is the most exciting thing going, and has been
tracking it for over a year, accumulating what he guesses to be around
650 emails with the company on the subject. Dering "laid out the physics
in great detail" to Ventura.
How did Dering get involved?
"The Nazi-Bell device consisted two of counter-rotating cylindrical
containers. The containers, which were positioned one above the other
measured approximately 1-meter in diameter, and were filled with
cryogenically cooled and frozen Mercury metal. There was a frozen core of
a metallic paste, which served as a "high permeability material" for the
EMG (electromagnetic-gravitational) field."

Ventura said that Dering once related a story about noticing an
unexplained anti-gravity phenomenon when called out to trouble-shoot a
situation in which mercury was splashing to the top of a chamber under
certain conditions. When he saw the same thing in two additional,
independent, unintended cases, to him that counted as a
scientifically-reproduced effect. He began to read the work of Gabriel
Kron, and studied the Nazi Bell research, finding in their work some
plausible explanations for what he had observed. Those pioneers laid the
groundwork upon which Dering set forth intentionally to replicate the
effect. When he and his team were able to accomplish this, it showed that
the mercury had not been splashing. It had been levitating.
Dering's scaled-down replication hasn't killed anyone, but it has
reportedly "made people nauseous," said Ventura.
Sitting on it
What is maddening to Ventura is that they have such a profound
development, and it is going nowhere.
For example, Ventura brokered a phone call from a government interest
[obscured per Ventura's request] to SARA in order to get some funding
rolling, but SARA declined to give the information requested in the
screening call.
Ventura laments that all SARA needs is a million dollars or so to go to
the next step with their research on this. To him, "it seems as though
they are treating this like just another one of their many projects.
Until they get funding for it, they will not go forward with it." Yet
the many attempts Ventura has made to facilitate funding for this have
met with frustration every time. Ventura even recently incorporated
American Antigravity as a 501(c)3 non-profit in hopes of raising the
necessary funds for this research.
In addition to the frustration of seeing the technology stalled, Ventura
has resented being told not to talk about it publicly. "I didn't start
AAG just to sit on it," he said. Being the promotional person that he is,
keeping quiet really violates his nature.
"I was surprised and dismayed to find that SARA had no interest in
publicizing what could be the greatest technological breakthrough in the
history of mankind. John was more than happy to assist me with writing an
article about the Nazi-Bell. But then he censored my attempt to disclose
the fact that a successful replication had been conducted. Creating a
gravitational back-EMF effect that they were unable to shield is
particularly relevant given SARA's role in doing EMF-shielding for the
B-2 Bomber."

His present project is developing a small-scale replication of the radar
invisibility effect.
Last January, Ventura wrote a story about the development, but when he
passed it by Dering, he was told to take out any mention that SARA had
this technology.
After these many more months of going the rounds with them, he got to a
point that seems like an impasse: a technology that Ventura thinks should
be front-and-center in science as one of the key answers to some of the
most pressing technological issues facing mankind is essentially
mothballed. This week Ventura composed a document that provides a closer
look at what is going on, and divulges ^Ö against SARA's earlier wishes
^Ö the fact that SARA has this technology and is doing nothing with it.
Though he hopes he hasn^Ňt burned his bridges in so doing, he said that
considering what is at stake on this planet, his ethics as a human being
are driving him to risk his relationship with SARA "in order to at least
educate the public about this compelling research." One is reminded of
Taiwan, which recently bucked a patent after negotiations with the patent
holder were stalemated, in order to proceed in the development of a
vaccine because they believed it to be capable of saving many lives.

Gravitomagnetic London Effect Found in Rotating Superconductors
This week the European Space Agency announced the results of an
experimental test in which a superconductor rotating at 6,500 rpm is
shown to gain acceleration as the result of what is believed to be a
gravity-modification effect. As reported by the ESA, "The experiment
demonstrated that a superconductive gyroscope is capable of generating a
powerful gravitomagnetic field, and is therefore the gravitational
counterpart of the magnetic coil. Although just 100 millionths of the
acceleration due to the Earth^Ňs gravitational field, the measured field
is a surprising one hundred million trillion times larger than
Einstein^Ňs General Relativity predicts."
The results were presented March 21st at the ESA's European Space and
Technology Research Centre (ESTEC), in a paper entitled "Experimental
Detection of the Gravitomagnetic London Moment". The paper predicts the
presence of a large gravitomagnetic field within a rotating
superconductor, and describes the experimental detection of this
phenomenon as an gravitational acceleration on the superconductor on the
order of 100 µg.
The experiment was performed by Dr's Martin Tajmar & Clovis De Matos at
ARC Seibersdorf, Austria's largest independent research laboratory.
Tajmar, the Head of Field Space Propulsion Business for ARC, was quoted
as stating that these results, while preliminary, were nonetheless
rigorously reviewed before publication, "We ran more than 250
experiments, improved the facility over 3 years and discussed the
validity of the results for 8 months before making this announcement. Now
we are confident about the measurement." Dr. Tajmar previously commented
on this continuing research study during a video-interview with American
Antigravity at STAIF 2006.
While the announcement of these initial test-results is highly promising,
Tajmar suggested that more experimentation is required before the results
can be considered fully conclusive. In a statement Saturday, Tajmar
remarked, "Of course, this effect needs further confirmation with other
sensors, setups, etc. As an experimentalist, it is always very hard to
release such data knowing that the claims are extraordinary, so I really
want to be very cautious."
Tajmar's experimental results follow in a long thread of anecdotal claims
& theoretical predictions from scientists such as Dr's Ning Li, Evgeny
Podkletnov, Douglas Torr, Robert Baker, Raymond Chiao, and David Maker.
While Li & Podletnov have described seeing remarkable large-scale
experimental results, other experiments have produced no results
whatsoever, creating a general uncertainty in the scientific community as
to whether gravitomagnetic effects do in fact exist in superconductors.
Dr. Clive Woods of Iowa State University addressed the issue of
gravitational-coupling in superconductors in a recent publication
entitled "High-Frequency Gravitational Wave Optics". His research
revisits earlier calculations by Li & Torr showing that gravitational
waves inside a Type-II superconductor propogate with a phase-velocity 300
times slower than in free-space, and leading to the hypothesis that a
superconductor may require focusing in order to correctly absorb &
re-radiate gravitational waves. This notion may explain in part at least
some of the difficulty found in obtaining consistent experimental
results, as illustrated by the experimental failure of Dr. Raymond
Chiao's "gravity-radio" experiment in 2003.
While Woods^Ň publication certainly seems to provide new insight into
manipulating gravitational force using superconductors, Tajmar believes
that Woods^Ň research is not applicable to this latest experiment, "As
you have probably seen in the experimental paper, we found the effect in
Nb and Pb (Type-II and Type-I) -
so it's not specifically related to Type-I or II superconductors.
Moreover, Clive based his focusing requirements on the speed of gravity
equation from an old Li & Torr paper - after calculating through her
paper, I believe that this specific equation is not correct."
Another startling aspect of Tajmar's reported experimental results is the
scale, which demonstrates a coupling many orders of magnitude higher than
both Relativity Theory and earlier research into High-Frequency
Gravity-Waves (HFGW's) would predict. HFGW researcher & STAIF
Session-Chairperson Gary Stephenson commented on this by noting that the
difference in scale of the reported effects may be the result of Tajmar's
experimental implimentation, which he described as a "DC static
gravitomagnetic field, potentially bound by different coupling
efficiencies than those predicted by the wavelike AC-nature of
traditional High-Frequency Gravitational Waves."
If the gravitomagnetic coupling coefficient is in fact higher for
rotating-superconductors than for HFGW experiments, it could mean new
life for the experimental research of Dr. Evgeny Podkletnov, best-known
for a highly-publicized 1996 claim to have created a 2% decrease in the
weight of a YBCO Type-II superconductor rotating at 5,000 rpm.
Podkletnov has since then also described creating a powerful
"force-beam" apparatus by passing a high-energy electrical discharge from
a Marx-Generator through a superconducting spark-gap during
experimentation at the Moscow Chemical Research Institute in Russia.
Gary Stephenson commented in the similarity between the 1996 experiments
and Tajmar's results, stating, "Tajmar's experiment seems highly
analogous to Podkletnov's experiment, but based on a firmer theoretical
foundation. In essence, they are spinning a superconductor, which is
exactly what Podkletnov claimed produced an identical -- albeit larger--
result."
STAIF Conference Section-F Chairman Paul Murad made a more direct
comparison, stating, "Is this truly the first time that we've seen this
effect, or has it perhaps already been documented under different
manifestations? Is this the same as Podkletnov's gravity-shielding
effect? I can't help but wonder if these results have been seen in the
past in other experiments, and perhaps were either not reported or
instead attributed to other causal factors..."
With Tajmar's recent publication raising more questions than answers,
there seems to be only one point of clear consensus -- the need for
additional research. Paul Murad summarized the views of many with the
statement, "For the moment, I'm taking a wait and see attitude to see how
this research further develops. We also have to see the experimental
setup, possible environmental & terrestrial sources of error, and a
variety of successful experimental replications before making a
determination. We need to see this reproduced by others before making a
final decision."

I will try to respond briefly. In the interests of objectivity, it should
be noted that since I was part of some of the goings on in this field,
some of my observations and conclusions may naturally be biased. I have
also been out of the mainstream of this area for quite some time and do
not know all the developments and am in know way an expert on SC.
First, if confirmed - and I completely agree with Paul Murad and even the
experimenters themselves - that this needs to be reconfirmed many times,
it is truly a spectacular, historic result. de Matos and Tajmar deserve
immense credit for even obtaining the funding for such an experiment over
such a time period, and being able to carry it out. At the least, it
should open up the theoretical floodgates and revive interest in Li-Torr,
Becker, Ross, Baker, Robertson and NASA, Chiao, etc. approaches.
Much criticisim has been lavished upon Li, the NASA group, and Podkletnov
for not having performed "perfect" experiments. One reason for that is
lack of funding. It is the infamous Catch-22. To do a "perfect"
experiment usually requires good funding for the time and equipment
necessary. But to get it, one requires already the perfect experiment.
On the theoretical front, I agree with the Tajmar statement that this
experiment appears to have little to do with Li-Torr Theory. The Woods
Paper is very interesting and useful, but what he did is examine the
implications for HFGW if Li-Torr Theory was correct.
It did not completely or so much directly address the validity of
Li-Torr Theory; he did argue that it could not be dismissed cavalierly on
the basis of the some of the earlier critiques. (The underlying basis for
the Li-Torr Theory is often misunderstood, including by Tajmar in years
past, and so critiques often address the wrong issues, or at least not
the most fundamental issues.)
I also agree that it appears to have little to do with the Podkletnov
experiments directly. One advantage of, and a good decision by de Matos
and Tajmar, was is to use simpler experimental systems. I think when
studying unkown physics, the KISS principle really should apply!! They
apparently did not use High-Tc SC for their experiment, unlike
Podkletnov, who used a complicated double layered High-Tc SC system for
one of them.
(The original Li-Torr work was based on Low-Tc Type 1 SC.) Tony Robertson
and Modanese have spent great effort investigating the details of the
Podkletnov system, and Robertson attributes the possibility of this
effect to such complexity in the linkage between the layers. I do not
think his model is convincing yet, but the de Matos-Tajmar result should
throw open the door for reconsideration.
As to weight gain, here I disagree with Tajmar. Though the magnitude of
such effects might have been incorrectly predicted by Li-Torr Theory,
that there would be some kind of Newtonian gravititational effect
produced due to an (AC) GM field being generated in the SC is a direct
prediction of one of the later Li-Torr Papers and should not be
controversial. That follows from the Einstein-Maxwell Equations of
linearized GR.
The magnitude of the effect is and is not surprising. As Jack showed
below, this effect is huge, much larger than conventional GR would
predict (e.g. in a Gravity Probe B-type experiment).
Given the demonstration of the slowing of light in condensates over the
last decade, Jack's derivation offers a very interesting phenomenological
explanation for the effect, using a classical model of a rotating source
and the slowing of the light speed.
However, I think more may be at work here. I do not know the details of
the de Matos-Tajmar Theory. But starting with my Thesis and in subsequent
work culminating in the following Paper with de Matos: C. de Matos, R. E.
Becker, arXiv:
gr-qc/9908001, 1999, I argued that a relatively large GM flux effects in
SC, in the presence of a magnetic field (which could in turn be generated
by rotation), is required by QM in the form of GM Flux Quantization,
regardless of how this could be generated and explained by the
microphysics. I did not examine the same system that de Matos-Tajmar are
apparently studying. Mine did not have rotation, and rotation should not
be required for the effect I predicted so long as a sufficiently strong
magnetic field is present. So, the two approached may not be directly
comparable.
(Certainly the experiment de Matos and I proposed is not the same as
what he and Tajmar eventually performed.)
I came up with the concept of Coherent ZPM for the express purpose
of offereing a (very) qualitative concept for how such a larger GM field
could be generated, whether in a SC or in a HeII superfluid, which is
what my Thesis first looked at. (A superfluid should exhibit the same
effect the SC when rotated, albeit much weaker.) It might also be used as
an alternative to the underlying explanation in Li-Torr Theory.
The magnitude of the effect I predicted and what may have been
demonstrated here raises an important mathematical issue, which I
discussed first in the Thesis and in the subsequent de Matos-Tajmar and
Mitre Papers: If the GM field is really relatively huge, are the
linearized Einstein-Maxwell equations, which are the usual starting point
for discussions of GM effects in condensates, still valid in such a
regime? That needs to be addressed with this experiment, as well as my
own work
