    The U.S. government became aware of Star Visitor reality 
well before the time of the Roswell UFO crash in 1947. Five 
years earlier, during the middle of World War II, President 
Franklin Delano Roosevelt wrote a 1942 Top Secret memo to 
the Army about "secrets" learned from the technology of 
"celestial devices" that could lead to the creation of 
"super weapons". Remember: this was before any country had 
spacecraft or space-capable rockets, and while the U.S. was 
already engaged in constructing the atomic bomb. So the 
technology referred to was: 1) extraterrestrial, and 2) such 
as to dwarf the atomic bomb's potential.
    Parenthetically, this Presidential Memorandum, and its 
timing, corroborate the revelation by NSC 
scientist-consultant Dr. Michael Wolf: "The first UFO came 
down in 1941 into the ocean west of San Diego, and was 
retrieved by the Navy."
