As some of you know, I have gone after many pages from the Intelligence Community's internal "wiki" site called "Intellipedia" under the Freedom of Information Act (FOIA).

In 2014, I went after a category called "WHIMSY" that the entry on "UFOs" was stored in. It took until 2017 to get it -- and it was well worth the wait!

Check it out - you won't believe what's in it: http://www.theblackvault.com/document…/intellipedia-entries/

Here are some gems:

- A category called "Kim Jong Un Fans"
- An entry for "International Talk Like a Pirate Day"
- A category called "Sick Twisted Freak"

In them, is the on-the-record testimony from a former nuclear base security guard about a UFO encounter in the late 1980s. He never reported it, but according to him, it came back a second night, and there are multiple witnesses!

It took nearly EIGHT YEARS to get this document declassified under the FOIA: http://www.theblackvault.com/…/nuclear-weapon-characterist…/

Background The Nuclear Weapon Characteristics Handbook, dated September 1990, was first requested in June of 2009, and it was not until February of 2017 that it was finally released. Nearly EIGHT years passed from the point of requesting, to actually receiving the below document. The following was w...

What government waste?

Check out this IRS FOIA response to me, which was a CD, put in a case, put in an envelope, then put in an envelope, which was then put in an envelope.
